Built Because the Industry Needed It
My Home Improvement Hub was not born from a boardroom. It was born from frustration. Watching talented, qualified tradespeople lose work to cheaper, less capable competitors. Watching homeowners get burned by cowboys. Watching the same cycle repeat.

The idea for My Home Improvement Hub came from a simple observation: the home improvement industry rewards the wrong people. Trades who cut corners, underquote, and disappear after the job are winning work over professionals who do everything properly.
Insurance, qualifications, years of experience — none of it matters when a homeowner has no way to verify it. They see two quotes: one for three thousand, one for two thousand. They pick the cheaper one. The qualified trade loses. Again.
That is the trust gap. And it is what we set out to fix.
My Home Improvement Hub is not a directory. Directories list everyone and let the homeowner figure out who to trust. We do the opposite. We vet for standards. We verify insurance and qualifications. And we only partner with one expert per trade per location.
This means no competition on the platform. No race to the bottom. Just trusted professionals, positioned where homeowners can find them and trust them before they ever pick up the phone.
We wrote The Trust Method to share this philosophy with every serious trade in the UK. Whether you join the platform or not, the principles will change how you think about positioning your business.
A Trust Ecosystem, Not a Listing Site

Standards Over Volume
We would rather have fewer partners who are exceptional than hundreds who are average.
Visibility for Quality
The best trades deserve to be seen. We make qualifications, insurance, and track records visible.
Protection, Not Competition
Our partners do not compete with each other. One trade, one location, one expert.
Trust as the Foundation
Every decision we make starts with one question: does this build trust between trades and homeowners?
Our mission is simple: raise the standard of the UK home improvement industry by making trust visible.
If you share that mission and you are serious about your craft, we would like to hear from you.
